Recapitate is a platformer-shooter game where you use your detachable head to grapple and traverse through unreachable places. You also must find and attach the amputated arm gun to yourself in order shoot and overcome the wrath of your enemies.

This was an old project for a game jam during 2021, I just remembered it existed when I was tinkering in my old laptop lol. So here ya go! A long overdue submission of a small game for the 2021 Game Maker's Tool Kit Game Jam with the theme: "Joined Together". 

This was my first time participating in a game jam, but I didn't submit it back then 'cause it was buggy. I realized too late that a buggy game was totally fine for fast-paced game jams, oh well  ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

I prolly won't make a devlog for this old project. I can't remember what my thought process was when I made this.  All I remembered was passion and panic. Anyway, hope ya like it!
